Describe the bug The last round datacap is 200T, but this round still 200T. It should be 400T. https://github.com/filecoin-project/filecoin-plus-large-datasets/issues/1047 Hope you can change that, Thanks a lot.

first 50T, the second round 100T, The third round 200T, I think maybe the fourth round should be 400T. If there is something wrong, Please let me know.

DMOB API did not return the third allowance by the time the forth one was being prepared, so SSA bot made calculations for another third round
