"Granted by" column in Root Key Holder view does not populate on "Approved Verifiers" Tab

Expected would be that we capture the address of the root key holder that granted the last data cap (or modification)

We currently don't get data of Granted By from API so I'm removing it at this moment.

@jnthnvctr @josepablofm78 If this info is needed then we need to add this functionality to filecoin-verifier-tools and circle back to frontend.
