Remove Local network options for mainnet (only offer Mainnet, Testnet, Nerpanet) for launch

Right now we have localnet options - for launch we probably want to pare this down to the nodes we offer:

• Mainnet (Protofire's node)
• Testnet (tbd where this node will come from)
• Nerpanet (Riba's node)
