Deploy a couple of instances of filecoin-verifier-service to test using Nerpa the flow of automated datacap request.
One of the instance will take the role of Textile and it will expose an endpoint that allows Apps like Slate to register as App an set the multisig configuration. Also this instance will execute a routine to check and sign the pending transactions coming from Apps
The another instance will take the role of Slate, and it will expose an endpoitn that allows clients to request datacap allocation
