Design screen(s) that allows client to check the status of an address #62

This screen will allow a user to introduce an address and get the following information:

The address is online (or not). online meaning is a valid address on filecoin net.
If the address is online, check the datacap. If the address has datacap show the remaining datacap, if not, inform the user about it

To access this new screen, we can add a new option "Check datacap" in the landing page of the client onboarding, along "Automatic Verification" and "General verification" options

Instead of "check datacap" as the CTA, I've made it "Are you a client?" in the top right on the header.
