currently the notaries can request datacap for one address only. It would be convenience to allow the notaries to distribute datacap in multiple addresses.
This means change the github's template to be able to define multiple addresses with an specific address each, change the approve comment by governance team, and the screens and the logic to handle the signs in the RKH View
