Verify NVENC patch is True Negative. #791

Describe the bug Following the steps in the wiki in order to verify if the drive has been successfully patched. When running tester script on unpatched GPU it doesn't gives an error

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run patch-tester.bat on unpatched GPU (3070 in my case)
  2. Test shown as successful, no error is thrown.

Expected behavior As written in the manual, error should happen. ([h264_nvenc @ 0x55fc31535fc0])

Environment (please complete the following information):

Additional context When I double the number and run manually myself it DID throw the expected error.

Looks like NVIDIA bumped up the session limit again from 5 to 8
