This updates the REST API documentation to the actual fields that are used.

Does anyone use the Tenant WebApp and can help to test and verify the API?

TODOs

[ ] update vTPM calls. I don't use them and don't know how they should work. I need some input what should documented for that.
[ ] document payload encryption, so that is easier for other systems to implement.
[ ] document IMA allowlist JSON format
[ ] document IMA keyring JSON format

@mpeters I've updates this PR to reflect the new versioned API.

I would suggest to merge these changes now and we'll fix the TODOs later.
