rest_apis: Mention incremental attestation

This adds mentions of ima_ml_entry and ima_measurement_list_entry in the integrity quote description. Also fixes encoding of ima_measurement_list (i.e., no encoding), a typo of mb_measurement_list, and makes it clear that HMAC-SHA384 is used for auth_tag calculation.
