Hello @mcdurdin. Hello @darcywong00. Please review.

Potentially Fixes: #810 and #2365

The instruction is placed in /developer/keyboards/standard folder (new folder) I added a lead to refer people to the new folder at /developer/keyboards

If this PR passes then how should I summarize this section, Darcy?

I got excited and implemented your changes @jahorton. But, I will leave the suggestions unresolved.

Thank you for the contribution @Meng-Heng. I think I will need to take some time to review this and come back with feedback. There is a lot to unpack and work through, and I'd like to make sure that it is accurate to the DISCUS presentation!
