[sil_cameroon_azerty] The SIL Cameroon AZERTY keyboard installation window doesn't have a readme file

Describe the bug

I observed that there is no readme file for the Cameroon AZERTY keyboard during the installation.

Reproduce the bug

1. Install the latest Keyman 17.0.218-alpha build.
2. Open Keyman Configuration dialog.
3. Click the Download Keyboard button.
4. Type "Cameroon azerty" in the keyboard search bar.
5. Click on the Cameroon AZERTY keyboard.
6. Click the Install keyboard button.

Here, I observed the absence of the Readme file in the installation window.

Expected behavior

Adding a readme file to the Install window would be better.

Same behavior can be observed on Windows.

It looks like the readme (and some other files, e.g. .css) are missing in the .kmp although they do exist in the source.

I'll move this issue from keyman to keyboards repo.
