[ ] Review how we lay this all out in further detail once we commit to this pathway
[ ] Eventually want to have this all in the main Keyman repo at some point
- [ ] Will have some challenges around dependencies (e.g. Lerna which we abandoned...)

removed lerna and added #9 on changing the electron build to something that doesn't recommend yarn
