chore: restructure about page to make bios into sub-pages because it's too long #401

I think we need to change the style of the page because there are too many people. Perhaps using GitHub profile pics to start and more detail on sub-pages?

About Developers - could be a new page under the top level about. About -> About Keyman -> About Developers -> Get Involved ... Or linked in the current about keyman page.

I note https://keyman.com/about also currently gives an error:
