A tutorial refers to legacy Developer resources we may want to re-add to theinstaller?

found in the Keyman Developer folder, under Samples\Examples\qfrench.ico

Moving to 18.0, I think we'll try and put together better samples and put them in the user's documents folder in 18.0.
