feat(web): Display various "Enter" modes on the On-screen keyboard #12221

LGTM. We need a new issue to make the Enter mode visible on the Enter key on the touch keyboard.

Can Shift layer change the Enter mode on other keyboard apps?

Some of the Actions the Android app handles (maybe don't need icons for all of these)

Some exceptions for SEND and DONE as they can insert newlines on the ENTER key
