chore(windows): expected output for oem/firstvoices/windows/src/inst is incorrect #12636

Warning message received during build:

[oem/firstvoices/windows/src/inst] Expected output: 'oem/firstvoices/windows/src/inst/firstvoices-18.0.136.exe'.

Actual filename is firstvoices.exe, in same folder. build.sh needs updating.
