Describe the bug

The "Keep waiting" message appears repeatedly after clicking "Ok" on the "confirm" dialog.

Reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. I installed the keymandeveloper-18.0.138-alpha build in Windows 10.
2. Created a new "Lexical Model" project.
3. Navigate to the "Models" tab and then click the "*.model.ts" link button.
4. Navigate to the "Build" tab.
5. Click the "Test Lexical Model" button.
6. The "Confirm" dialog appeared with "Yes" "No" and "Cancel."
7. Press the "Yes" button on the "Confirm" dialog. Actual Results: A "Keep waiting" message appeared on the "Confirm" dialog. This dialog keeps appearing when pressing the "Ok" button. The server did not start, and the web address did not display in the box. Please take a look at the screenshot (KeepWaiting_Appears.jpg).
