We should probably use Segoe UI, not Calibri, because Segoe UI is the Microsoft UI font in Windows 7+. Then the font size should be 13px for most elements (headings 22px), buttons, 12px (in elements.xsl).

With Calibri in your PR we have:

We should probably use Segoe UI, not Calibri

I will try to replace it in all locale except Kannada and make another pull request over this weekend.
