[Windows] Keyman not fully compatible with OneNote

Describe the bug

• Keyman works sporadically with OneNote app when deep tsf integration is on.
• Keyman seems to work better when deep tsf integration is off, but not perfectly.
• We have captured a log for the desktop computer where Keyman was not working at all with OneNote.
  • Typed first into Libre Office. Keyman worked fine here.
  • Then started OneNote, switched the keyboard on and typed in OneNote. Keyman did not work at all here – just latin letters.
• When switching in and out of OneNote, it appears that the Keyman keyboard is switched off.
• Sometimes, we have to select the Keyman keyboard twice (e.g. on my notebook PELION)
• I have reproduced the inconsistent behaviour on my notebook PELION.
• OneNote (Office 365 version) seems to work fine.

I have the etl log in G:\My Drive\Keyman\Support\2019-11 OneNote.

Could you please help with testing OneNote for Windows 10. This is part of Windows 10. You could also verify the OneNote app that comes with Windows 365 works correctly, if you have access to that version?

I am interested if this is still an issue with the latest OneNote on Windows 10. The current version I have is Version 16001.14326.21452.0

Install Vedic Sanskrit Devanagari Phonetic ITRANS Open OneNote for Windows 10 The original user wrote "Keyman works sporadically ... For example I tried the Sanskrit Devanagari ITRANS and after printing an ‘a’ after a consonant it brings the same consonant again. Same mistakes with aspirated consonants like dh, th etc. . "

Do you follow this and if so can you please test to see if you have any issues.
