chore(linux): Upload onboard-keyman to Debian #5214

I hope my questions fits this issue.

I'm a maintainer of the package keyman-onboard for Arch Linux. You removed the release section, so I had to switch to cloning the GitHub repository (unpredictable, insecure).

According to debian/changelog, the last version is v1.4.3. Do you have a stable place, like https://downloads.keyman.com/linux/, where I could download the release code?
