feat(mac): surface instructions on how to reset security settings if Keyman detects that security is broken

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the Core integration, we have logging that reports on when Keyman for Mac has broken security settings. However, this is not very user-accessible.

The fix for broken security settings is to delete the setting altogether and then re-request it. It would be good if this was presented either automatically, or as a button in Keyman Configuration.
