bug(linux): Failing tests when building `stable-16.0` branch on ba-jammy-64-ta #9578

k_031___caps_lock and k_032___caps_control tests from stable-16.0 branch fail when running on ba-jammy-64-ta. Currently we ignore them (#9556), but it would be good to find out why they are failing.

Since they only fail on stable-16.0 and we're fairly close to releasing 17.0 I'm closing this - I can't repro this locally and it's only failing on that one ba.
