Describe the bug

Cannot turn on Pause/Resume mappings notifications. When I tap on Pause/resume mappings notification in app's settings, the system's settings does not allow me to turn on notification.
Cannot manually turn on notifications in system's setting. The app does not appear under Notifications in Settings. After choosing "all system apps" KeyMapper appears, but won't allow me to switch on notifications.

This might be an issue of samsung devices. Related Question on samsung comunity

Expected behavior

I should be able to turn on Pause/Resume mappings notifications in app's settings.
In notification page of system's settings, there should be KeyMapper even without choosing "all system apps".
