Auto pull only select applications #19

Would be nice if instead:

"This app will automatically pull applications enabled managed by PM2 (for which the feature is enabled for)"

for my particular use case, I only want auto-pull'ing enabled on one application in my list of pm2 apps.

ie-: pm2 set pm2-auto-pull:enabled false
