The worst part is, the actual paid and upgraded account belongs to the bucket itself, not the account so now we can't even access support because apparently its access is tied to the upgraded bucket, what an amazing design, how an upgrade is made on a bucket and not applied to the account, and how said upgraded object can be deleted soon after paying for a whole month and then limit access to a support resource.
The same even now...
Recently one bucket stopped working, we just upgraded to the paid service (it charged us twice and we are going to dispute), we had to delete the bucket and create a new one, we kept getting the error "Cannot create bucket", we finally manage to create it, it created 2 buckets with the same name and they are both free, so we paid 158 for nothing, the previous paid and deleted bucket is gone and now these 2 cannot be deleted because we get: "The specified bucket does not exist" "Contact support".
