Ok, we are new to PM2 Plus and we purchased the Enterprise-Upgrade for one of our live-systems. Because the ticketing-system does not work, here are the reasons, why we are totally unhappy with the quality of service:
Cannot open a ticket (zendesk loading forever)
Webcheck doesn't work
Historical Logs have huge gaps (although they are complete on the servers)
Alerts do not fire (event issues >= 1, on occurence)
Is there a way to get in contact with support other than "not paying the bills"? I would love to show the problems to someone who is responsible in a web-meeting.
I have had success resolving by emailing contact@pm2.io. It took a little time (days) to get a response but once I was in contact the issues were resolved quickly.
