CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION #319

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR OVER A MONTH NOW, AND I AM BING IGNORED. YOU JUST DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN

WHY AM I BEING IGNORED

This is why I use virtual credit cards ... you can turn them off without begging for help. ;)

Same here, canceling seems not be possible any more. I got "error You need to remove 1 servers from this bucket in order to downgrade.", but no server was connected and and the dashboard was empty. I wrote several tickets, but I'm being ignored. So I removed the bucket completely. I hope this will solve my problem.
