Copy the contents of TERMS AND CONDITIONS.md and PRIVACY NOTICE.md and paste it in apps/web/src/app/(main)/(mdx)/terms_and_condition/page.mdx and apps/web/src/app/(main)/(mdx)/privacy/page.mdx
