[misc] Change Linux Distribution #42

Currently we're using busybear, which was the only option when we started using QEMU. There are couple options available now (e.g., buildroot or Fedora), so we need to switch the distribution for the sake of stability.

@dkohlbre was this resolved with the recent PR?

IMO not really. We aren't using busybear anymore, but the buildroot we've got right now is less fully-featured than we'd like to support. buildroot is a great option for our current development though.

We could open a new bug for adding a Fedora build option for the future.
