Bump list-plugins dependencies

@gautamsi this is just a bump of all the dependencies in the list-plugins package. I wasn't sure if you were wanting me to go through and bump all the others too.

Also, I noticed there seems to be some types discrepancies in src/lib/types.ts and src/lib/logging.ts. They seem to be there even on the previous package versions, so given the build succeeded I figured I'd leave them until someone more familiar with the expected types is able to take a look.
