Currently, scattered field is zero for scattering directions between 90 deg and
critical angle in the (denser) substrate. This is incorrect, since evanescent
waves radiated by dipoles transform into plane waves propagating into those
scattering angles. So the amplitude is small if the particle is far from the
surface, but not zero.
