Since Google Code Downloads are closing (no new downloads can be made)
http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/DownloadsFAQ
we need to migrate to some cloud service to host files. The easy way is Google 
Drive, the only problem is that it doesn't allow easy download counts. However, 
the download count on Google code was exaggerated by bots anyway.
