add undo to action menu #16

undo not working (i expect it to undo when i press the vive grips)

working now using the grips, can't reproduce issue.

that said, it's not intuitive that grip means undo (and it's hard to find and press grips on vive).

it would be nice to have undo as a discrete action menu option as well as the ability to use grips to undo.
