cool, full automation appears to be in clear sight. now that we have --git --granular, we can use http://developers.freshbooks.com/docs/time-entries/#time_entry.create

i'd like this to be interactive, such that we are able to edit/verify the notes, --git --granular's output should only be used as a starting point.
for each session that gets pushed up, we want to delete the session so we don't get dupes.
