Once the kernel fix from kernel v4.20+ is backported to 18.04.x LTS, remove non LTS distros as supported. this will make the instructions less complicated to maintain.

Removing Non LTS distros regardless, Looks like the kernel fix won't make it for 18.04.2 (18.10 HWE). May make it in for 18.04.3 (19.04 HWE).

ukuu steps will be added back to the repo
