My Lenovo Legion Y530 has Realtek WiFi card and process in 'WiFi Fix for Realtek Cards' didn't work for me. I got 'Operation not permitted' error on modprobe enabling. As stated in the bug request that I shared, this is a known problem for Kernel version 4.18.0-12 and higher. My Kernel version is 4.18.0-15. I added explanation for this.

Interesting to know. Hopefully this is fixed for the 5.0 kernel (19.04, 18.04.3)
