19.10 Guide Update #76

19.10 + Nvidia drivers adds an 'ondemand' GPU switching capability that nearly mirrors automatic switching on Windows. Update the guide with this new information. potentially remove LTS support?

Running 19.10 has been... frustrating. Worked one night, then the nvidia dameon was borked the next. wait until 20.04
