Instead of using full declarations (make sure those are accessible), use the minimum information posible:

Packages: package name
Classes/interfaces: simpleName @ package name
Array types: name [ component ] @ package
Generic types: name @ package
Annotated types: same as generic type
Method/Fields/Constructors: name @ class @ package
Parameters: type name
