Account Status Labels - More Descriptive and Localizable #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new account with an error
2. Note the status
3. Disable the account
3. Note the status

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Expected Registration Failed or something, saw Not Added
2. Expected Inactive or Disabled or something, saw Not Added

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

The account status labels should be more meaningful and follow conventions used 
on other SIP phones. They should also be localizable.

Code complete. Status comes from new acct_status_strings.xml. Errors include 
status from SIP stack. Also found a couple of misspelled instances of 
'register' and corrected (notification bar).

Oops, forgot to say that it has been tested, and that it is in r147.
