AddMessageToChat shows leftover characters from earlier messages #1

If you use it twice and provide a shorter message the 2nd time around, the characters in positions SECOND_STRING_LENGTH to FIRST_STRING_LENGTH are still the ones that the first message had assigned.

Best move is to clean up before showing a message
