[Feature Request] KVM usb switch #117

For monitor with KVM eg. Dell U3821W. It will be perfect to have the usb switch control

In Dell monitor manager, it is possible to switch and believe there is a way to do it through ddctl.

you can set in monitor. when you change the input through ddctl, the usb will be changed by monitor. this what i used before. but now as i update to mbp14, ddctl is not available in mbp14 now
