Feature request: Allow specifying path to .canvas.token via optional cmd-line arg #51

In download.py, upload.py and info-py, we hardcode the path to .canvas.token

It would be nice to allow for specifying a path to a token file to use instead of the default. Something along the lines of <staffeli_nt_path>/download.py --token TOKEN_PATH <course_id> template.yml assdir
