Allow users to transfer frequency and name of selected airports to radio #155

The KRT2 radio is capable to set frequency and station name via serial connection. The serial port can be forwarded to a bluetooth device. This feature is part of the XCSoar software, which is open source. It would be nice to have this feature in Cumulus.
