Select and open listviews according to a given priority #85

The list views, which are shown, if the To label in the waypoint box is pressed, should be selected and opened in the following order.

  1. If a task is defined, open the Task list view as first.
  2. Is cumulus is in move and no Task is defined, open the reachable listview.
  3. In all other cases open the waypoint listview.
