make openAIP navigation aids and hotspot data available in KFLog #19

  1. openAIP navaids are downloaded, installed and loaded on user request now. The related configuration page has been adapted to support that.
  2. The waypoint import filter from the map has been enlarged to be able to import openAIP navaids.

openAIP Hotspot data are downloaded and installed now. The display of hotspot items on the map and the display of its content is also realised. Furthermore you can import hotspots as waypoints from the map.

The task editor was enlarged by me and provides now all loaded point data as single lists selectable via a combo box. So it is possible now to select directly airfields, gliderfields, outlandings, navaids, hotspots and waypoints. The former restriction, that only from a waypoint list taskpoints could be imported is now obsolete.
