Press and hold not working on iPhone #20

I've had two reports of the 'press and hold' functionality for selecting actions not working on iPhone. It seems that tap works, but the action is not being selected correctly. Seems to work everywhere else.

Going to try to re-create the issue in an isolated test case so I can attempt to fix it.
