Genericize SliceCube.py #10

This routine should be modified to prompt the user for a directory name in which to place the sliced images (needed because will ultimately want to slice and KLIP SDI, Ha AND Continuum images). Similarly, the name of the file to be sliced and it's corresponding rotoff cube should be an input and not hard coded.
