Inventory Check for Open Loop Science Frames #2

There are some cases where visao_inventory doesn't appear to find all of the files in a directory. Having this problem right now with HD100546 15May15 data. A good check would be to have visao_inventory print the total number of closed loop science frames /total number of science frames (or darks + closed loop science / raw files) to make sure there isn't a huge number of frames that it thinks are open loop

to clarify, there are occasionally times when the aoloopst header value is bad (as in 15May15) and reads 'OPEN' for long stretches of time even when the loop is not open. Need a check in visao_inventory that prints a warning of some kind when <XX% of science images are closed loop
