Attack logic is not correct #27

If the attacker uses 3 troops to attack and the defender uses 1 and the defender wins, then the attacker should only lose one troop not all 3. EDIT: this issue is fixed

Also, if you attack a country and win, you should not be able to move less troops than the troops you used to attack.
