[FEATURE] Added Makefile and deploy.sh script

Makefile: clean, run, deploy, upload, tar
Deploy.sh: Following hugo deploy script
Deploy scripts manages semantic versioning based on prefix on branch name
Mayor increases mayor version
feature/ or features/ increases minor version
bugfix/ or bugfixes/ updates patch version
Updated docker and git public docs
